Weight Loss is Gaining Traction...

Impressive! whether it was for a new role, album or for health reasons; the call for celebrities to change their appearance must be lot of pressure.
Though Mo'nique was seen working out on social media daily with her trainer, others with less time and patience resort to cosmetic surgeries. 

Whatever decision one makes about their health and bodies in a positive way, should be commended!

These are a few recent transformations.
