Hold onto your gumdrop buttons, folks—our favorite green ogre is back! Yes, you heard it right: “Shrek 5” is officially happening, and it’s bringing some exciting new twists to the swamp.


A Star-Studded Reunion
The original dream team—Mike Myers as Shrek, Cameron Diaz as Fiona, and Eddie Murphy as the ever-hilarious Donkey—are all set to reprise their iconic roles. But that’s not all! The incredibly talented Zendaya is joining the cast as Felicia, Shrek and, Fiona’s teenage daughter. Talk about a fairy-tale family!

“Shrek 5” is slated to hit theaters on December 23, 2026. Just in time to add some ogre-sized fun to your holiday season!

What to Expect
While plot details are still under wraps, the return of our beloved characters and the addition of Zendaya hint at a fresh and exciting adventure in the land of Far, Far Away. Will Felicia inherit her dad’s love for swamp life or her mom’s royal flair? Only time will tell!

Tyler Perry’s Celebrates 'Black Excellence' with a New Mega Studio & A New Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Tyler Perry is all smiles, receiving a well deserved recognition; after years of producing award winning films and popular screenplays.  Perry also known as "Madea", has given so many young and talented upcoming actors/actresses and singers life-changing opportunities to showcase their talents over the years. 

It was truly a star given to a Superstar! Perry is seen proudly displaying his nameplate on the "Hollywood Walk of Fame".

Also joining Perry was actors Kerry Washington, Crystal Fox, and Idris Elba, as well as numerous friends and family members to celebrate one of Hollywood’s greatest honors. 

Perry shared words of wisdom and encouraging messages of hope to his fellow attendees:

“For anyone whose dreams may be on life support, I want you to walk past this star in particular and know that I’ve been there,” Perry said to crowd. “I’ve been struggling, I’ve been out, broke, homeless. I’ve been through all of those things, but there was a perseverance, a tremendous faith in God, and this hope that allowed me to keep going.”

“So, if you’re looking at all of these stars,” he added.

“I’m sure everybody has a story here who’s been immortalized here, but this one in particular is for the underdogs. This one in particular is for the ones who want to do it their way. This one in particular is for those who want to bring as many people through the door with them as they can.”

Actor, Writer, Director, Producer and now adding Developer under his belt; Perry recently christened his new $250 million studio. It is the only major film studio in the nation owned by an African American.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 at the Comic-Con 2012 Summit

“All good things must come to and end” and The Twilight Saga is no exception, fans will surely be heart-broken as they bid the popular series good-bye.  

Everyone including myself is anticipating the day The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 arrives in theaters...sometime in November, 2012.
 

But, are the cast of  “Twilight” series as sad as we will be? It didn’t seem so at the recent Comic-Con Summit. The cast appeared in a jovial mood, teasing each other and sharing stories from the film shoot. 

The cast members said Comic-Con provided an opportunity to reconnect with some of their most zealous fans.
An upbeat Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella in the series, was asked whether she was sad. She responded saying: “It feels good" and that the moment was “bittersweet.” 
 

Edward Cullen, was also asked about his view on the final sequel he said,  “I am constantly surprised by Bella in the last four movies" and added, “I am even more surprised this time around".
 

Sounds interesting don’t you think? Can November come any sooner? ...You know what? Let it take it’s time... I don’t want it to be over 😞
